Welcome to our brand new 6 bedrooms 4 bathroom luxurious Brentwood design villa located in the 5* Windsor Hills resort, just 2 miles or a 5 minute drive from the Disney attractions. The villa comes with a large private heated pool and waterfall spa with extended Screened Lanai Deck and full air / heat-conditioning for all year round comfort.

The features within our luxurious villa include two spacious living areas, supplemented with elegant high quality furniture and accessories to include a 47" wide-screen HD television and DVD player with Digital Cable and Dolby 5.1 Sound System, three dining areas (including outdoor dining), a fully equipped kitchen incorporates a breakfast bar, nook area and all the usual modern appliances.  If you want some extra fun after a day at the parks we have also provided a seperate air conditioned games room complete with a 8ft Pool table, air hockey and fooseball game. The utility room accommodates a fully equipped laundry with washer. dryer and ironing facilities

Bedroom arrangements include 1 Master en-suite, 2 Queen en-suites, 1 King bedroom and 1 Twin room and 1 Single bed in the study/spare bedroom; each bedroom comes complete with luxury furniture and high quality bedding with LCD flat screen Digital TV's and DVD / CD Players. Our villa can accommodate / sleep up to 10 people very comfortably. Additionally we have also provided a fully equipped office in our study/spare bedroom to include a desktop computer, printer, scanner and fax with FREE 24 hour high speed internet access and FREE international and local telephone calls. If you wish to bring your personnel lap-top to keep in touch with family and friends; no problem a high-speed WI-FI wireless network is also installed at no additional cost.

Windsor Hills is a new exclusive resort set in a peaceful and tranquil location just 2 miles from Disney on Orlando's newest gated community. Renting our 6 bed Windsor Hills villa provides you and the kids with automatic membership for the duration of your stay to use the resort amenities without any additional costs, these include: a luxurious water park pool with fountains and waterslides, spas, separate toddler pool, tennis and volleyball courts, gymnasium, on-site sundry shop, children's playground and shuttle service to the attractions (small charge for shuttle service).
